[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 26

It was a tale of two bands today.  The low band was mediocre when the 
SDR recording started at 1229 and went downhill from there.  The high 
band TPs, on the other hand, didn't show up until 1330, and rode the 
crest of a nice enhancement 1335-1350.  The most exciting catch was on 
1377, possibly RRI Toli Toli.

GOOD
972    HLCA, discussion 1229, good at first but mostly poor-nil after 1235
1566    HLAZ, the usual Japanese sign-off stuff 1344

FAIR
693    JOAB, 1239 male talk //774
1332    JOSF, Japanese man & woman 1346
1377    RRI Toli Toli (tentative) - 1339 woman talking, not Chinese, 
possibly Indonesian, then 2-3 dreamy pop vocals sometimes with gongs or 
chimes thrown in.  Possibly woman talking 1250 when the signal took a dive.
1386    NHK2, Japanese man 1343
1422    JORF, Japanese woman 1345
1575    VOA, woman in Asian language 1350

POOR
594    JOAK, male talk 1233
774    JOUB, weak talk 1238, time pips 1300
1314    lively discussion 1343 sounded Japanese

1413    brief talk 1345, sounded Japanese
