Have you figured out what 1584 might be?  Although I haven't been very
regular about having an antenna out this month, I have seen a weak carrier
here on the SDR display when the usual suspects on the high end of the band
are doing well.  The only plausible stations on the mwlist.org list are
10kW out of China and the Phillippines.  However, pretty much all
frequencies where I see similar carriers have candidate stations at or
above 100kW.
