[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3/5/16

Listened from 1315-1405 UT and conditions was down from yesterday all action was on the top part of the band. At first no audio and only a very weak carrier on 1566 but I did get a sunrise enhancement atÂ1337 UT.ÂÂOnly 3 stations with audio and only a few very weak carriers. 
 
1566 HLAZ hrd at 138 UT with talk. 
 
1575 VOA hrd at 1342 UT with talk. 
 
1593ÂChina hrd at 1343 with talk.
