[IRCA] TP 4 Mar Victoria version
Erratic unpredictable sunrise enhancement, finally dying out by
1455UT. Didn't bother reporting 747 774 828 972 as they weren't
particularly good, and there were many more fish to fry.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1416UT, and used for several parallels
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
558 HLQH man in Korean //603 1431UT; a few minutes later a mess with
the Japanese (presumably) ripping it up
567 JOIK woman in Japanese //594
774 JOUB....well, one should report s/off chimes 1543UT one hour
after sunrise; 747 was weaker but there
1566 HLAZ 0959, "HLA-Zee" ID 3 and one pips, man in Korean. This
was also heard very weakly at 1646UT with operatic sounding woman
singing, so bookended the morning nicely.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
603 HLSA man talking //558, by 1436UT, someone else dominating with music
639 CNR1 woman talking 1410UT, //945
981 CNR1 peaking 1407UT, male ballad, //945 a moment later
1098 woman in Chinese 1420UT
1242 JOLF man and woman in Japanese 1437UT
1557 presumed Taiwan, pop song, female vocal sounded Chinese, after
man talking in Chinese. Up to -65dBm stronger than HLAZ at this time
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
585 JOPG woman talking //594, briefly fading up 1437UT
612 JOLK Japanese woman //594 mixing with man talking slowly
837 JOQK man in Japanese //594 1409UT
936 woman talking, maybe Chinese, into female ballad 1417UT
945 CNR1 male ballad //981 1408UT
954 man and woman talking, likely Japanese, 1418-9UT
1017 man talking, too softly for language guess, 1413UT
1323 CRI chimes and fanfare 1400UT
1494 man mumbling 1450UT
1503 JOUK man talking //594 1451UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
531 675 702 711 846 855 864 873 918 1008 1035 1116 1134 1251 1377 1422
best wishes,
Nick
