[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 3

Today had one of the best TP openings of the season here. I can only imagine what conditions would have been like on the coast, if only one of us had been there.

Most of the action was at the upper ed of the dial, where audio was noted on hard to hear channels like 1359, 1431, 1449, and 1494. Most of that audio peaked during a very brief period at about 1430. Thanks goodness for SDR receivers, allowing me to go through those few minutes one channel at a time.

The lower half of the dial didn't fare as well, with audio from only a few of the regularly heard stations.
