[IRCA] TP 12 Feb Victoria version

Not really sunrise enhancement, but a bit of pre-sunrise perhaps. Once again, some of the Asiatics showed as early as 1000UT, but were generally stronger later.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB man in Japanese 1507UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1445UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB English lessons 1419UT
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese over unaccompanied cello music 1335UT, fair to good from this time until 1345UT Japanese s/off

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

828 JOBB 1332UT, Chinese lessons; heard as early as 1200UT, but didn't return much after 1340UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

567 JOIK pips, man talking 1000UT //594
594 JOAK pips at 1000UT, man talking presumably Japanese
738 Tahiti possible; pop music 1313UT
873 JOGB woman in Japanese //774 1447UT
1053 Korean jammer 0959UT, 1354UT
1422 man mumbling, then woman 1313UT
1566 man in Chinese? 1448UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

558 864 891 1206 1593 (no sign of 1557 and 1575 heard by Colin??)

best wishes,

Nick
