[IRCA] TP 18 Jan Victoria version
Some reasonable signals here and there, with a definite sunrise
enhancement again. Nothing unusual logged however
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1332UT, woman in Chinese; in and out for
next couple of hours, mostly much weaker, but managed to return for
music box chimes at s/off 1541UT to 1543UT
1566 HLAZ pop vocals 1545-6UT, noted couple of minutes earlier with
woman in Chinese, but weaker than at this time
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
972 HLCA man and woman in Korean, into pop ballad 1539UT, still there
at much reduced level at 1556 and 1616UT
1593 CNR1 1547-1551UT, man and woman in Chinese //6175
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 Tahiti likely. Woman talking, French inflection 1201UT and also 1502UT
747 JOIB music box s/off 1544UT
828 JOBB man and woman talking //774 1331UT
1575 woman talking 1554UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
558 567 1287 1323 1584
best wishes,
Nick
