[IRCA] KBNH 1230 Burns OR update

As some of you know KBNH Burns had a CP to move to 1210, but according to the Portland Radio Group the station went silent awhile back on 1230, thinking the station would move to 1210 soon. According to a guy that read a Facebook message from Leighton Munroe Reed Nickerson, owner of the station, the reasons he shut it down was not to move, but there was basically no business support in Burns, bad economy there, he turned 70, so he cut his loses and shut it down and moved to Australia.  If that is the case, it doesn't look like the station will return.
