Re: [IRCA] WBOB Question



I did not know about the plan to use different power levels for the test.
 but after 12:30 or so the test was significantly weaker.  There were also
a few moments, 12:13, 12:14, when some sort of call-in program discussing
Egyptian Copts burst in.  These were not fade-ups, but a "toggle effect"
from the test sweeps to the call-in and then back out.  Jim Renfrew
