[IRCA] WBOB Test

I listened from about 1:10 to 1:15 in the morning here and heard the test loud and clear. I heard Morse Code, Sweep Tones, a Busy Signal, and The Price is Right theme song. 

There was a little fading towards 1:15, but otherwise, it was almost like listening to a local station at night. 

I used my SANGEAN ATS 909 to catch this one.
