Most likely Cuba - Either Radio Rebelde (3 outlets) or Radio Bayamo (1
outlet).  Check for parallels on your strongest Cuba channels, like 710, to
compare.  There's also shortwave on 5025.  Jim Renfrew, Clarendon NY
