[IRCA] TP 22 Dec Victoria version
Not much this morning, but an odd mix, and with no sunrise enhancement
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
null set
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1116 4BC assumed with man in DU English, talking with woman on the
phone 1419UT.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1566 HLAZ assumed; slow piano music 1444UT, peaking to woman in
Chinese 1450UT, couple of fair patches after 1500UT also.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1593 CNR1 likely; man talking maybe Chinese 1456UT; traces of talk
before and after 1500UT, but not right then; thought that I heard
CNR1 theme music just before 1501UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
891
best wishes,
Nick
