At 0200 UTC last night, there was a prominent carrier at 539.74 which was
causing some issues for dominant Nicaragua on 539.86. Any idea who 539.74
might have been? Obviously something to my South and likely enhanced by
the auroral conditions. The mwoffset list didn't show a match. Just
curious if others have noticed it before..
