This was an ideal morning to foul up the SDR recording that wasn't 
discovered until live listening started at 1500UT.   I have a second 
SDR recording which just shows signal strength on 9 kHz channels and 
worked fine.   There was very very little there.  The ionospheric 
curtain was completely drawn.

Carriers on 774 and 828, and at 1540UT a man mumbling in the murk on 1116.
