Conditions were decidedly lackluster today. However, the mere presence
of audio made it slightly better than normal for early December.
JOUB-774 produced a few bits of audio at 1310.
A few others peaked at 1440: HLCA-972, HLAZ-1566, and VOA-1575. 1575 had
fair-poor audio at times. The others were marginal at best.
