[IRCA] TP 3 Dec Victoria version
Not really much of anything, no enhancements, no sudden outbursts or tantrums..
Interesting that Colin was hearing things around 1500UT, brief
whispers from 774 was the best I could do then.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
today? no.
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 Tahiti man in French, interspersed with instrumental music 1433UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 man and woman talking, maybe Japanese inflection 1443UT
1386 a few seconds of bassy music 1519UT
1566 man talking, Japanese inflection 1330UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 891 1116
best wishes,
Nick
