[IRCA] I DID IT! The QSL I kinda, sorta got.....

I know, you must be asking yourself, "The QSL he kinda got?"

Well, look who I got mail from the other day....(click the link below for
the picture.

Ironically, the QSL card was not in there, it's missing.. the letter was
from june, the other dated material was from September and November.
