Since early this summer WYLL 1160khz night xmtr has been
putting out distorted splatter. Most noticeable is on
940, and between 1020 and 1040. And this is heard at
home, from 10 miles away. It is much worse up close to
the site. This is very similar to the problems they had a
year ago. Whatever happened to the POP Tests (Proof of
Performance Tests) that many of us old timers remember?
