[IRCA] TP 11 Nov Victoria version

The sun rose this morning but the ionosphere set. DU's earlier however.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

3LO was almost there, if it hadn't been for the 770 splash

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 3LO man in DU English as early as 1302UT, and hung around at various levels for the following hour. //702 and 612.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 rhythmic pop mx, not // ABC so assumed Tahiti at 1323UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

612 4QR man talking 1404UT, //774 w/"ABC news" mention
702 2BL man talking DU English 1301UT, //774
891 woman talking, sounded like DU English 1323UT
1116 4BC? man and woman talking, DU English inflection 1301UT, and as late as 1344UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 621 675 837 846

best wishes,

Nick
