[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP Carriers for 11-11

Neither the Asian sunset nor the west coast sunrise could motivate the Asians to comeÂup with any audio during this latest solar tantrum. A useless session from 0900-0930 was combined with one from 1420-1430, and confirmed that even theÂNHK big guns were down for the count. Unlike the Asians 738-Tahiti did manage a decent carrier around 1420, which may have improved to weak audio if someone was motivated to stick around for it (which I definitely wasn't). These are the type of mornings when Victoria and AlbertaÂusually check in withÂdetailed DU-DXing reports, so the psychological preparation is in place.ÂÂÂ
