Things did turn a bit more auroral later on, though it's been 
intermittent.   Logged a new one at 10:00 pm MST (0500 UTC), KQTE in 
Helendale, CA on 1450.  Hearing it dominate the frequency at over 1700 
km was quite amazing. KTOX in Needles was also noted on 1340, though 
that one isn't new.
