Astonishingly poor.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 4QR pretty sure I heard hints of the ABC fanfare at 1300UT; by 
1308UT, definitely a man speaking DU English
738 Tahiti likely, Afro pop vocals 1253UT



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

774 man mumbling in the murk 1346UT; if I had to guess, I'd say DU, 
but a guess it would be




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
