[IRCA] TP DX 27 Sept

Different conditions on Gabriola Island from both Colin's and Gary's.

Things were reasonably dull until around 1340UT; only HLAZ was consistently
fair to excellent in strength,  but things livened up for about the next
half hour or so, finally throwing in the towel around 1415UT

A couple of  Chinese sounding males showed up on 945 and 1593,
unfortunately at different times, so no // possible.

4QR-612 had ABC news at 1400UT, but not much else DU action except for the
big carrier and tiny audio on 1017.

1242 had some fairly vigorous showings, as did 1287.

909 and 1089 had weak NHK2 stations, and finally heard some Japanese on
1053 after the jammer quit at 1402UT, and the session finished off with
Japanese talk on 1332.

1062 seemed to have a Filipino, but mostly pretty weak.

Except for HLAZ, which was strong even after the switch to the Chinese
program, things were spotty, but at least there was DX there.
