Seems like you could check the Netherlands SDR receiver to figure this out ..

But, realistically, Absolute Radio would be the only option based on the description. Spain is the only other 1215 that would be in at that time and that is all Spanish programming.
I'm typically not listening at 1:45 a.m. EDT but Absolute R. is usually good here in the early evening.

With talk in EE and pop music in briefly at 0145 ET no parallel I could find this station does not stream outside of GB. Many hets on this late at night, going to be a good year.
