[IRCA] TP 14 Sep Victoria version
Mostly a fascinatingly poor Asian morning. Was using the west Flag
and unattended recording, and it might have been better to have used
the north Flag judging by Colin's loggings. 1386 had near imaginary
audio here for example
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
both 747 and 774 came close briefly, but both suffered too much splatter
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB English lessons 1321UT //774
774 JOUB English lessons 1326UT expounding upon vitamins in food
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1566 HLAZ Japanese talk by man 1319UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK? man talking, Japanese inflection 1319UT
828 near imaginary mix of ABC and NHK pips, ABC fanfare 1200UT
1242 steady rock music bass line and not much else 1338UT
1386 NHK2 tiniest traces of woman and man talking //747 1327UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
756 1287
best wishes,
Nick
