Well, Colin, I don't know if anyone in Canada has tracked this down (maybe Walt, at Rose Spit on Haida Gwaai?), but if not, you probably have as good a chance as anyone of doing so.

Funny! I was thinking just that -- Fiji was not exactly a nightly visitor to our waterfront Kona condo in the 2010's...
Interestingly, in 1996, reception from all over the Pacific and Asia was mind boggling in Kona.
What's changed are conditions and noise levels.
