[IRCA] TP 12 Aug Victoria version

More digging in the mud this morning; lots of carriers, some close to audio, peaking after 1230UT, and a couple of IDd Aussies, but nothing was very strong at all.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not this morning

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

the above passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

747 JOIB? woman talking 1236UT, sounded like lessons
774 3LO woman //828 1115UT, Aussie pips and fanfare at 1200UT
828 3GI woman talking 1115UT //774, suspect this, as by 1200UT, there were weak Aussie pips and fanfare, also ///74
1512 man talking 1243UT, DU English inflection
1566 HLAZ 1230UT, JJ program s/on, and hymn 1234UT; by 1241UT, two stations there; other 3NE?
1611 woman talking 1238UT
1629 woman talking in hum 1253UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)
