Probably a lovely morning on the coast, but mostly extreme minimalist 
DX here, from about 1200 to 1215UT


Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

when I heard that one, so don't know if R. Sport

1611 Vision Radio Network?  man talking sounded like preaching,   //1629 1214UT
1629 Vision Radio Network?  man talking sounded like

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
