Re: [IRCA] 1566 carrier in MN strong 0350 UTC, fair 0408 UTC

Certainly not doing well here in Alberta... visible carrier on the Perseus
, weak but abruptly off at 0430.  The frequency for Benin  is very close to
1566, within a hz or so.
