I received a call today from a fellow in Sammamish re my reception of a TIS on 540 a few days ago. (I had left a phone message over the weekend.)
Seems I did hear Sammamish as they have recently activated their two transmitters and are currently running the non-specific loop I heard. Apparently, their engineer quit and they are waiting for a contract engineer to help them finish setting up the station. So, for the time being, they are running this generic loop.
Call is WQJW697 per recent TIS/HAR list.
