[IRCA] TP 29 Apr Victoria version
Even less stellar a morning...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
back to normal...
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1116 4BC presumed, briefly at this level with man talking to another
man on the phone, "thanks for calling Kevin", then talking with a
woman in the studio 1122UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above, passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 man talking, DU English inflection 1243UT
1053 Korean jammer, weak but distinctive 1058UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 738 819 891 1098 1566
best wishes,
Nick
