[IRCA] TP 26 Apr Victoria version

Pretty nice little Asiatic morning for this late in the season.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

1287 might have made if for a few seconds.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB man in Japanese 1158UT, but faded by the hour, pips barely heard
1287 JOHR woman in rapid Japanese 1127UT
1566 HLAZ heard weakly as early as 1055UT, but came into its own during the Japanese program, up to this level 1235UT with organ music, in and out, though not quite this strong for another half hour or so.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

all the above, passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 man talking, then a second man, 1212-13UT, Japanese inflection
738 pop mx, sounding somewhat Caribbean 1053UT
945 man mumbling, the puzzler of the morning 1224UT
972 man talking u/splash 1126UT
1053 Korean jammer 1126UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

891 1017 1044 1116 1269 1323 1386

best wishes,

Nick
