[IRCA] UNID 1230 Rodeo Country 96.9

I've been chasing a couple UNIDs on 1230 lately. One is a country music station and one is ESPN. Last night I caught a station slogan between songs for the country station.

Station mentioned "Rodeo 96.9" and "90's Country". Couldn't find anything on an Internet search. Seems to be north of here.

Any help appreciated. These are not: KSZL, KPRL, KYPA. I've heard them with different programming but regularly heard KGEO has been absent so is a possibility.
