The CP for 650 watts nights and Fairview Heights, Illinois has been around since the fall of 2010. Far as I know, it's not on yet. Don't they spend most of their time on 10,000 watts anyway?

Subject: [IRCA] KQQZ
Hi all,
I heard KQQZ for the first time last night at 0600 UTC (1:00 am
their time). I'm strongly suspecting they were on day power (to get
through CFSL is an accomplishment), but I see they do have a CP for
somewhat more power at night (and a move to an IL Community of License).
Does anyone know if that has happened yet, so I know whether to count
it as MO
or IL?
Thanks,
Nigel Pimblett
