[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on April 7

It was a rather interesting morning. The lower half of the dial was quite anemic. The upper half, however, had strong signals on 1566 and 1575. The high end also had a few weak signals trying to produce audio. Most notably 1512, which was possibly the Filipino.

There was a brief but pronounced sunrise enhancement at about 1515.

GOOD
1566 HLAZ, Japanese male, huge signal 1313
1575 VOA, woman 1317 in SEA Language, English soundbite, nice signal

FAIR
972 HLCA, Korean group discussion 1251
1512 Unid, 1312-1323 man and woman interspersed with brief bits of pop-ish music. Too much domestic splash to ID language. Inflections suggest maybe perhaps Tagalog or Indonesian.
1593 CNR, Chinese talk in KLFE splash 1317

POOR
774 JOUB, Japanese male 1305
981 CNR1, fast talking Chinese male 1310, as strong as 972 but much more splatter
1206 Yanbian, weak talk 1306 on 1205.95
1314 traces of talk 1312
1323 Weak woman talking 1313
1422 bits of talk 1313
1458 bits of talk 1319
1494 possibly a few burbles in the splatter 1318

1602 NHK2 talk //774
