[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 6 April 2015

   Had a fierce wind storm which took down one of my poles for the 
Wellbrook array last week, so just got back in business.

  TP audio this morning from 3 of the regulars.  Japan's 774 JOUB was 
the best, with audio already at 1200 tune-in, reaching a fair level, 
maybe even good for brief moments.  JOAK on 594 was poor-fair, after 
reaching audio at about 1225.  Korea's 1566 HLAZ was still only the 
barest of carriers, but came up to a fair level by 1230.   All three 
were well on their way out by 1246 sunrise.
