[IRCA] TP 4 Apr Victoria version
Quite the dead morning, with just a little sunrise lift on the upper band.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
and no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1539 Radio Tab?, 1330-1335UT, erratic fading, man talking, but at
peaks a word or two of DU English crept through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 man and woman talking, very weak 1228UT
972 weak ballad 1339UT
1566 man talking 1238UT, sounded like preaching or other public
speech, didn't show up at sunrise peak however.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 1008 1296 1593 1611 1629
best wishes,
Nick
