[IRCA] TP 3 Apr Victoria version

A very sedate and predictable morning...747, 774, 972....except when it wasn't being strange...apparent Tab 1539...

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

747 JOIB English lessons "this is my kind of car", 1253UT and several other times at this level; this was the king of the TPs this morning, though not many subjects
774 JOUB briefly at this level, woman talking //747 1316UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

972 HLCA woman in Korean 1313UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1539 Radio Tab, the oddity of the morning, presumed this, with woman in DU English 1324UT, and as it faded down again, man announcing what sounded like a live horse racing event.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

828 JOBB woman talking //747 1304UT
1053 Korean jammer 1156UT
1386 male ballad, not //774, at 1321UT
1566 woman and man talking 1330UT; never amounted to much this morning

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

1323 1368 1377 1512

best wishes,

Nick
