[IRCA] unID on 1520

I'd appreciate any help it IDing this one, heard at 7:00 am local (MDT). 
  KSIB is the dominant station, but right after their ID, there is a 
much weaker ID.  The calls I hear don't line up with anything on 1520, 
so I'm wondering if this is a for a station not on 1520, as part of a 
dual or multi station ID, with the first part buried under KSIB.  I 
don't think it can be anything new, but would still like to solve it.
