[IRCA] TP 29 Mar Victoria version
Bad to worse; HLAZ peaked not at all. New Zealand was the farthest
north heard today.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 came close
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
738 Tahiti likely, previous 20 minutes with low level rhythmic vocal
music, peaking with r & b vocal at1258UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
675 Radio NZ National woman talking 1228UT //837
837 Radio NZ National returning the favor, woman talking 1228UT //675
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
beyond the above, nothing really
best wishes,
Nick
