[IRCA] 530KHz CIAO ? + pips

Heard last night at 0600Z, sounds like Punjabi (which matches their 
schedule) and area code phone #'s match Toronto, ON.

Is this station really just 250W ?? The time pips beneath I suspect could be 
from R. Rebelde??  Looping E-W at the time.
