[IRCA] KLFE-1590-Seattle WA

According to the NW Broadcasters site, KLFE 1590 Seattle has been granted a CP to boost daytime power from 5 KW to 20KW, but keeping the night power at 5 KW. I believe they are ND days. I wonder if they will still be ND with 20 KW days.? Years ago when KXLY 920 Spokane WA went from 5 KW ND days to 20 KW, they still were able to keep ND even with the power boost, but there isn't a lot around on 920 in the Eastern WA area. 1590 has KTIL Tillamook OR at about 200 miles. I get KLFE during the day here near Seaside, 50 miles from KTIL, but they are weak under KTIL. At 20 KW, that may be different. When KRKO 1380 Everett WA was 5KW days, they were very weak or not there next to local KAST 1370, but now with 50 KW, KRKO is there all of the time.
