[IRCA] Drake R8

I now have one problem fixed with the R8 fixed and it only took 15 hours to
fix the very low gain!  Now one more problem and that is the on-off switch
which does not work right.  But I now have a new ICOM IC-R-75 which is nice
but its not a Drake R8!
