[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX Report, 2/26/15

594 JOAK - fading in & out with JJ talk at 1248-1257.  Not heard
after 1257 (LSR at 1305).  No other TP signal received.

Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 modified with 7.5 ferrite stick, plus 8" FSL.
