Conditions were better than average today, by winter 2015 standards at
least. Many of the TPs were heard during the brief but nice enhancement
at about 1445 UTC. Most of the activity was at the high end of the dial
again today, but there were signs of life at the low end as well. There
were plenty of carriers that almost produced audio, and some might have
done so if the noise level wasn't so high.
