Hi Dennis,
I think KNZR was a clear channel allotment when it came on the air in the 1930s as KPMC. (1932, I think.)
I don't know when the 1560 in NYC came on the air.

Quite a few stations west of WQEW are daytimers with critical hours authority. 

A little trivia. WQEW is authorized to use its daytime facilities until sunset at KNZR in Bakersfield, CA; three extra hours. I don't know why.
