[IRCA] TP 16 Feb Victoria version
Bruce had it better than I did, though HLAZ still had some ghostly
audio here 1617UT
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
972 HLCA woman in KK 1350UT
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1507-8UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB woman in JJ, odd chanting in background 1435UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK weak pips 1500UT; man talking, JJ inflection, just before the hour
774 JOUB? never amounted to much, but often there
828 man talking, maybe language lessons? 1316UT
1053 KK jammer 1351UT
1116 six pips 1300UT; could believe man's intonation hinted at "4BC
news", then woman with apparent nx, DU EE inflection
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 891 1206 1323 1377 1386 1494 1593
best wishes,
Nick
