[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 14 Feb 2015

As it turned out, it was a good thing the cats woke me up early enough 
to check the TPs, as the high end at least, had some interesting signals 
in my 1414 to 1445 listening time:



1422    JORF, Japan        Poor, with man in Japanese at 1424

1557	Taiwan (presumed)  Surprised to find this as about the best signal 
of the morning.  I'm presuming this is Taiwan, but usually I hear music 
here (on the rare times I hear anything), but today it was a continuous 
talk in Chinese by a man from 1426 to 1442 fade out.	

1566     HLAZ, Korea    First noted with a poor signal at 1414.  Not as 
strong as yesterday, but up to fair levels by 1430.

1575    VOA, Thailand   First noted at 1416 with talk by wmoan.  Fair 
level at peaks today, but generally poor.

Strong carriers on some of the other regulars: 1593, 1548, 774, 747
