Most of what is on the list looks like O&O Radio Shacks, like in city mails and the like. I know the two here in Clatsop County are franchises and are locally owned. We had a 3rd RS in the county in Astoria, but it closed a few years back. There are also one in Tillamook and Lincoln City, Newport too. But I think those too are locally owned franchises. They buy from several different sources.
