It's not anywhere close to being a done deal. The application to assign the license was just accepted for filing on December 29. It will be quite a number of months before assignment of the license is granted. The FCC moves very slowly. The purchase price is $100,000, which seems like a lot for a 250 watt daytimer. At night it would get crushed by KMOX. The only thing better than KPIO (7 kW/18 watts) is the lower frequency.
